Terms of Service

Terms governing your access to and use of Run With Analytics.

Last updated: September 21, 2026

1. The service

Run With Analytics (“RWA”, “we”, “us”) provides endurance training analytics and related tools based on information supplied by users and authorized connected services. RWA is currently an actively developed beta product and features, calculations and availability may change.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You are responsible for using RWA lawfully, providing accurate account information where required, and protecting access to your account. You may not attempt to access another user's account or data.

3. Connected services

RWA may allow you to connect third-party fitness and training services. By connecting a service, you authorize RWA to access information covered by the permissions you approve for the purpose of providing RWA features.

Your use of a third-party service remains governed by that provider's terms and privacy policies. You can withdraw RWA's access using available RWA integration controls or the provider's authorization controls.

4. Strava

If you connect Strava, your use of Strava remains governed by Strava's own terms and policies. Run With Analytics is an independent service and is not developed, sponsored or endorsed by Strava.

RWA's access to Strava data depends on your authorization and continued availability of the Strava API. You may disconnect or revoke access at any time.

5. Training and performance information

RWA metrics, predictions, readiness indicators, training insights and race estimates are analytical estimates. They are not guarantees of performance and are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Exercise and endurance sport involve risk, and you remain responsible for your training and racing decisions.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse RWA, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, circumvent provider restrictions, use the service unlawfully, or use RWA to obtain or disclose another person's connected training data without authorization.

7. Your data

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Instructions for disconnecting integrations and deleting an RWA account or associated data are available on the Account & Data page.

8. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features as RWA develops or when a connected provider changes or withdraws access. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

9. Intellectual property

RWA's software, branding, interface and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, marks, services and data remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Termination

You may stop using RWA and delete your account using available account controls. We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect RWA, its users or connected providers, comply with law, or address material violations of these terms.

11. Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RWA is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
